  • Seminar & Community Data: Registration info, RSVP status, posts, reactions, uploaded content, and community messages.
  • Surprise Drops & Limited-Edition Boxes: Size preferences, gifting details, delivery preferences, and eligibility status.
  • Booking & Session Details: Appointment date/time, intake form responses, and information about sleep, feeding, or development shared during expert sessions.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by third-party processors — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: Emails, customer support messages, survey responses, reviews, and attachments.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, approximate location, device identifiers, browser type, OS, referral URLs, pages viewed, and links clicked.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and SDKs to operate our Site and Portal, remember preferences, assist checkout, measure performance, and deliver marketing (where permitted). You can manage cookies through your browser or our cookie preference tool.
02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to support you and your baby through the first 12 months and beyond:

  • Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Process purchases, pack and ship milestone boxes, and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • Expert Sessions & Seminars: Schedule, confirm, and administer bookings; provide follow-ups and related resources.
  • Membership Administration: Create and manage accounts, provide access to member benefits, surprise drops, and limited-edition boxes.
  • Personalized Curation: We use your baby's birth date, milestone stage, and stated preferences to automatically curate products and content for your boxes. This curation does not produce legal or significant effects. You may contact us to adjust preferences or request manual review at any time.
  • Email Communication & Marketing: Send right-time developmental steps, seminar invitations, and promotional emails. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time — we may still send transactional messages (orders, shipping, account notices).
  • Analytics & Improvement: Understand how our Site and services are used; improve content and develop new features.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Legal & Compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.
03 Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.

We share your data only with trusted parties necessary to deliver our services — never for profit.

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors for shipping, payment processing, booking tools, community features, analytics, email delivery, hosting, and security. They may only process data to perform services for us.
  • Independent Experts: When you book an expert session, we share relevant booking, intake, and contact details with the expert delivering your service. Experts may have their own professional obligations and privacy policies.
  • Between Site & Portal: waivybaby.com and waivybabywellnessclub.com are connected services — we sync account data, membership status, purchase history, and shipping information to deliver your membership seamlessly.
  • Within Waivy Baby: Team members and contractors with a legitimate need-to-know, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Third-Party Links: Our Site and Portal may link to third-party websites (expert profiles, social media). These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
  • Legal Compliance & Protection: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Waivy Baby, our users, and the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred with appropriate protections in place.
04 Security, Privacy & Retention

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including access controls, least-privilege permissions, vendor due diligence, monitoring, and encryption in transit — to protect your family's data. While no system is 100% secure, we take these responsibilities seriously.

Access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in messages unless it is necessary for the service you are requesting.

We collect technical and scheduling data (time zone, IP-based region, session timestamps, booking history) to display appointment times correctly, prevent scheduling conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain appropriate records. This data may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations described in Section 8.

05 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Any information about a child (such as birth dates for milestone curation) must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you close your account or request data deletion, all child-related data provided solely for milestone curation will be deleted along with your account, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
