We protect your family's information as carefully as you protect your little one.
Last Updated: March 24, 2026This Privacy Policy describes how Waivy Baby LLC collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit waivybaby.com or waivybabywellnessclub.com, purchase our milestone-based baby boxes, register for expert seminars, use community features, or otherwise interact with our premium membership program.
We use the information we collect to support you and your baby through the first 12 months and beyond:
We share your data only with trusted parties necessary to deliver our services — never for profit.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including access controls, least-privilege permissions, vendor due diligence, monitoring, and encryption in transit — to protect your family's data. While no system is 100% secure, we take these responsibilities seriously.
| Data Type | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Active account data | Duration of membership + 3 years |
| Order & transaction records | 7 years (tax & accounting) |
| Communication logs (expert/staff) | 3 years from date of communication |
| Community content | Until deletion request or account closure |
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it per our internal retention procedures.
Messages between you and Waivy Baby staff or independent experts may be stored — including timestamps, delivery metadata, and attachments — for service delivery, quality assurance, recordkeeping, safety, and legal purposes. Access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in messages unless it is necessary for the service you are requesting.
We collect technical and scheduling data (time zone, IP-based region, session timestamps, booking history) to display appointment times correctly, prevent scheduling conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain appropriate records. This data may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations described in Section 8.
Our services are intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Any information about a child (such as birth dates for milestone curation) must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
If we learn we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you close your account or request data deletion, all child-related data provided solely for milestone curation will be deleted along with your account, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
